1. Obtaining Purchase requesting, Sending Enquires to suppliers, Obtaining Quotations, preparing Comparison statements, commercial negotiation, purchase order preparation & approval.
2. Follow up for material/services to vendor, co-ordination with stores, accounts, QC, and users.
3. Vendor Development and good geographical knowledge
4. Hands-on working on ERP LN( preferred) / SAP. ISO9001/AS9100, ISO45001, ISO14000, ISO27001 knowhow necessary.
5. Purchase planning and Vendor payment management
6. Basic electronics knowhow
7. Costing and price analysis, Vendor performance Analysis
8. Ready to work in challenging environment, good communication skill, self-starter, positive trouble-shooter.
9. Detailed technical know-how and ability to resolve Vendor related techno-commercial issues in co-ordination with team members of other functions.
