Description
The Relationship Manager – Retail Health will be responsible for expanding our retail health footprint by recruiting, onboarding, and supporting a high‑performing network of agents. You will design and deliver training programs, monitor field activities, conduct competitive analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to launch promotional initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new retail health agents to meet growth targets.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor and support agents' daily field activities to ensure compliance and performance standards.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to inform strategy and maintain market advantage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide timely resolution of client issues and escalations.
- Track and report on key performance metrics and agent productivity.




- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and current partnership development.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail health, sales, or agent management.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high‑performing agent teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting competitive market analysis.
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities.
- In‑depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the health sector.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support agents and attend industry events.
