- Monitor powder coating processes, including pretreatment, curing temperature, and curing time.
- Conduct adhesion, coating thickness, and other quality tests as per standards.
- Identify defects such as peeling, bubbles, scratches, and uneven coating.
- Maintain inspection reports and ensure compliance with quality standards.
