Mandatory Skills : HCM (SAP, Sucessfactors, Workday) Testing

Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for UKG WFM applications

Identify document and track defects throughout the testing process

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for recent functionality

Perform system integration and user acceptance testing to ensure software quality

Provide detailed feedback and reports on testing outcomes and issues found

Assist in the development of test scripts and scenarios based on business requirements





Support endusers during the testing phase and gather their feedback for improvements

Requirements

Proven experience in software testing with UKG WFM applications

Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and requirements

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Ability to write clear and concise documentation and reports

Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
