Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, develop effective sourcing strategies, and attract top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and organizational fit.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely closure of hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary packages,



manage counteroffers, and facilitate offer acceptance and joining.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database for current and future requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate information, and hiring updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and position closure rates.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and confidentiality requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, ATS, and reporting tools.
- Strong candidate engagement, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring best practices.
