Job Description:

We are hiring candidates with 1 to 2 year of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing, specifically in Payment Posting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle insurance payment posting and manual payment posting.

Work on EOB (Explanation of Benefits) and ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice).

Perform paper posting and electronic payment posting.

Review insurance payments, contractual adjustments, and patient responsibility.

Identify and update denials, underpayments, and claim discrepancies.

Reconcile payment amounts with EOB/ERA details.





Maintain accuracy in payment posting and update patient accounts.

Follow US healthcare billing guidelines and process requirements.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing.

Hands-on experience in COB, EOB, ERA, manual posting, and paper posting preferred.

Positive knowledge of payment posting and insurance adjustments.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work in US shifts, if required.
