Job Title: Senior Operation Executive

Reporting To: Managing Director

Location: Chennai, Pallikaranai

Job Summary:

The Senior Operation Executive to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, marketplace

coordination, logistics handling, PO management, invoicing, and operational activities. The

candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth online sales operations, timely order

fulfilment, inventory coordination, and maintaining operational efficiency across multiple

platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, JioMart, and Blinkit.
- Handle product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Track daily sales performance and marketplace operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Manage shipment processing through Shiprocket, XpressBees, and Delhivery.
- Coordinate deliveries, returns, RTOs, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure timely dispatch and smooth logistics operations.
- Handle PO portals such as More Retail, Reliance, Big Basket, Swiggy, and Natures Basket.
- Process purchase orders, invoice submissions, and order fulfilment activities.
- Coordinate with clients/vendors regarding PO-related requirements.




- Generate E-Way Bills for Agaram Foods and Agamahil.
- Handle E-Invoice generation for Agaram Foods.
- Maintain accurate billing, operational records, and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management.
- Ensure proper stock reconciliation and warehouse coordination.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational reports regularly.
- Manage BPCL Petrocard records and related operational activities.
- Monitor vehicle movement and logistics tracking through Protrack GPS Tracker.
- Support process improvements for operational efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

- Achieving monthly online sales targets across marketplaces.
- Maintaining order processing accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Reducing Return to Origin (RTO) and delivery delay percentages.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock availability.
- Timely E-Way Bill and E-Invoice generation without errors.
- Ensuring SLA compliance with courier partners and clients.
- Maintaining PO processing accuracy and on-time fulfilment.
- Improving customer satisfaction and reducing complaint resolution time.
- Preparing and submitting MIS reports within timelines.
- Ensuring operational coordination with minimal escalations.
