Job Title: Integration & Automation Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a mid-level Integration & Automation Specialist (3 to 6 years exp) based in Chennai to design, build, and maintain production workflow automations and bi-directional system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Integrations: Own end-to-end integrations between enterprise platforms (e.g., Adobe Workfront Encodify/Pulse, Wrike,Joule).
- Workflow Automation: Build and manage production workflows on n8n (preferred), Make, or iPaaS platforms, including robust error handling, retries, and logging.
- Deployment & Monitoring: Maintain internal tools and pilot/live environments using Docker, Linux, Git, and GitHub Actions CI/CD.





- Technical Ownership: Gather requirements with client teams, lead technical execution on integration tasks, and maintain complete runbooks/documentation.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Integrations: REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON, SQL, and data mapping.
- Automation Platforms: Hands-on experience with n8n (preferred), Make, or iPaaS (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft).
- Scripting: Robust proficiency in Python or JavaScript / Node.js.
- DevOps Basics: Docker, Linux environment, Git, and GitHub Actions.
- Work Management Systems: Prior exposure to Adobe Workfront, Wrike, or Jira is a plus.
