Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of automation engineers in designing, developing, and executing automated tests for Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using GXP tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop test plans, scripts, and reports to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for MDM testing, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices in automation testing methodologies to junior team members.
Job Requirements :
- 10-25 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in MDM testing using GXP tools like Automic or similar technologies.
- Robust understanding of Master Data Management principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in developing complex automation scripts using programming languages such as Python or Java.
