Desired Skills:

- An IT Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, particularly for IT and technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the staffing needs for IT and technical roles.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT industry and technological trends to identify the most suitable candidates.
- Review resumes, applications,



and portfolios to identify candidates who meet the position requirements.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire) to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information, applications, and hiring workflows.
