Solid video editing - Premiere, Resolve, CapCut or equivalent. Advanced proficiency of English language with a wide vocabulary.
Writing that turns a brief into a premise, and a premise into 45 seconds that holds.
Comfortable with AI video tools, or the appetite to pick them up fast. Nice to have Motion graphics or sound design.
