Roles and Responsibilities
- Create accurate cost estimates using various methods such as Should Costing, Zero-based Costing, Process Costing, and Part Costing.
- Analyze product costs to identify areas for improvement and implement cost reduction strategies.
- Develop detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for products based on design specifications.
- Manage RFQs from vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
