Eligibility :
- Any UG/Graduate/Fresher/Experienced can apply.
- Average / Basic English communication is required , not very fluent.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM/system.
- Process customer orders, service requests, returns, exchanges, and other related activities as required.
