About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Site Sales Representatives to join the sales team of Wonder Cement on a third-party payroll.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in field sales, good communication skills, and the willingness to travel within the assigned territory and develop business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, dealers, and other relevant customers in the assigned territory.
- Generate new sales leads and develop relationships with existing customers.




- Promote and sell Wonder Cement products as per assigned targets.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Regularly follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain robust relationships with contractors, masons, builders, and dealers.
- Monitor market activities, competitor presence, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly field visit and sales reports.
- Ensure proper coordination with the distributor/dealer network and internal sales team.
