Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to lead performance marketing initiatives, attribution modeling, and strategic data analytics for our enterprise portfolio. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise in scaling digital campaigns, managing performance metrics, and translating complex data sets into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Strategy & Execution: Oversee large-scale paid acquisition campaigns across search, display, and social channels, optimizing for ROAS and CAC.

Advanced Analytics & Attribution: Implement and manage multi-touch attribution (MTA) models, advanced web analytics (GA4/Adobe Analytics), and tracking infrastructures.

Data Visualization & Reporting: Build executive-level dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to communicate performance KPIs to cross-functional stakeholders.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):



Design and execute structured A/B testing frameworks to maximize user engagement and funnel efficiency.

Team & Stakeholder Guidance: Collaborate with marketing, tech, and sales teams to align digital initiatives with broader corporate growth targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 8 to 10 years of professional experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably within an IT services, consulting, or large multinational workplace.

Technical Expertise: Hands-on proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Tag Management.

Data Tools: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools like Power BI / Tableau.

Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
