We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller / Lead Conversion Executive to handle property enquiries, connect with prospective buyers, qualify leads and schedule property site visits. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to follow up consistently with potential customers.

->Key Responsibilities

Call prospective customers and respond to incoming property enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns.

Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, purchase purpose and buying timeline.

Explain property details, pricing, payment plans and key features using company-approved information.

Schedule and confirm property site visits and coordinate with the on-ground sales team.

Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, lead status and follow-up dates.

Re-engage previous leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective buyers.





Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified enquiries into site visits and bookings.

Submit daily call activity and lead conversion reports to the reporting manager.

->Required Skills & Qualifications

Good verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.

Confident telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to handle customer objections and maintain a skilled approach.

Disciplined, punctual and target-oriented.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
