* Contact customers regarding overdue credit card payments.

* Follow up on pending dues and assist customers in making payments.

* Maintain daily collection reports and update customer records.

* Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Eligibility:

* Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Experience in collections, recovery, telecalling, customer service, or banking is preferred.

* Freshers with confidence and good communication skills are welcome to apply.
