Hiring – Calling Executive / Telecaller

Company: RAS Mirror India

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentive

काम क्या करना होगा:

* ग्राहकों को फोन करके कंपनी के Mirror Products की जानकारी देना।

* Social Media, WhatsApp और अन्य sources से आने वाली customer enquiries/leads पर calling करना।

* ग्राहक की जरूरत समझकर सही product की जानकारी देना।

* Interested customers का regular follow-up करना।

* हर call और follow-up की proper entry/report maintain करना।

* Customer को showroom visit / quotation / order के लिए guide करना।

* पुराने customers से भी follow-up करके repeat orders की कोशिश करना।





* Customer की requirement और feedback sales team को बताना।

Candidate में क्या होना चाहिए:

* अच्छी communication skills

* Hindi बोलना जरूरी; basic English हो तो अच्छा

* Customer से politely और confidently बात करने की क्षमता

* Computer/WhatsApp की basic knowledge

* Sales या telecalling experience preferred, freshers भी apply कर सकते हैं

* Target और follow-up based काम करने की इच्छा

Working:

* Full Time

* Fixed salary + performance incentive
