Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and practical-minded Operations Executive to manage daily transportation and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily transportation and shipment activities.

- Coordinate loading, unloading, transit, and delivery operations.

- Track vehicle movements and shipment status.

- Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.

- Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve operational delays.

- Maintain transport documents, delivery records, and PODs.

- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.

- Identify problems and take practical steps to resolve them.

- Ensure smooth and timely completion of daily operations.

Requirements:

- Qualification:



Plus Two / Any Degree.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Basic Hindi speaking ability is mandatory.

- Robust practical intelligence and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to think independently and handle unexpected situations.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.

- Ability to take responsibility and work independently.

- Four-wheeler driving licence preferred.

- Preference for candidates residing in and around Kazhakuttom.

- Transport or logistics experience will be an advantage.
