**Location:** Dhuri Medical & General Store, Vasai West

**Salary:** ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

**Shift:** 10 hours per day

## Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading the staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring smooth operations, and handling challenging situations with professionalism.

## Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage the pharmacy staff and daily operations.

* Place orders for medicines, surgical items, and general products while maintaining optimal stock levels.

* Handle customer enquiries, special orders, and resolve customer complaints professionally.

* Take full responsibility for managing operational issues and ensuring the pharmacy runs efficiently.

* Monitor and manage expired medicines, damaged stock, and unwanted inventory in accordance with applicable regulations.





* Ensure timely stock replenishment and minimize stock shortages.

* Coordinate with suppliers and distributors for orders, deliveries, returns, and replacements.

* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO where applicable).

* Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, store policies, and hygiene standards.

* Report operational updates, inventory issues, and staff performance directly to the owner.

## Requirements

* Previous experience in pharmacy or retail pharmacy management is preferred.

* Robust leadership and team management skills.

* Good knowledge of medicine inventory and ordering processes.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing/inventory software are an advantage.
