We are looking for a detailed-oriented and reliable female . Full-Time Remote Transaction Coordinator to join our Canada-based real estate operations team.

This is a 100% Work-From-Home (WFH) position.

Key Details:

Job Type: Full-time (Remote / Work from Home)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM PST to 4:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)

(Night shift in India time: approx. 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)

Company Location: Canada

Salary: Market standard / Based on experience (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle email correspondence to and from clients, agents, and third parties.

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, key deadlines, and dates.

Coordinate real estate deal paperwork and ensure smooth workflow through transaction systems.

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

Communication:



Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in computer systems and online tools.

Preferred Platforms: Knowledge of tools like Transaction Desk, SkySlope, Google Calendars, and cloud drives (preferred, but training will be provided).

Experience: Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Transaction Coordinator is preferred, but freshers with strong communication and computer skills are welcome to apply.

Setup Required: Must have a high-speed internet connection and a laptop/PC.
