Principal Checker - Piping

KBR is looking for Principal Designer who possess experience in working within the piping design team on onshore projects and ensuring piping design integrity is not compromised while managing the execution of the project.

Responsibilities:
Develop unit plot plans/equipment layouts
Layout optimisation study
Preparation of MTO
Review of Vendor package

Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:




Candidate should be a Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical
Excellent knowledge in S3D, MS Office, AutoCAD & MicroStation.
Good knowledge in mechanical handling concepts
Positive Knowledge of support selection and modelling. Special support drawing creation is preferable
Good knowledge in ISO checking and back drafting and support ISO team on project needs
Excellent skill to guide young designers
Positive knowledge in conceptual layout study
Valuable Communication skills
15 - 20 years of experience in above skills & responsibilities
Knowledge in PML macros development will be considered an added advantage.
