Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential customers through online platforms and other sources.
Generate and qualify leads based on the company's target audience and business requirements.
Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system or designated trackers.
Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to support lead generation activities.
Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication.
Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Research market trends, potential clients, and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications
Any graduate degree is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research.
Positive interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Solid willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Goal-oriented mindset with positive organizational skills.
