Job Description:
Conduct physical quality control inspections at supplier and manufacturing facilities prior to dispatch.
Inspect incoming raw materials, finished products, and packaging for defects, dimensions, and specifications.
Generate daily QC inspection reports, checklists, and Non-Conformity Reports (NCR).
Coordinate with regional vendors to address quality failures and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Monitor supplier adherence to agreed quality standards, product safety, and packaging compliance.
Work closely with the central procurement and logistics teams to track order dispatch readiness.
