Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Account role located in Connaught Place. The role involves managing client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries. The Account skilled will track account performance, support finance-related coordination such as invoicing and payment follow-ups, and provide regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications




Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial record maintenance
Handle vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking
Monitor daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger management
Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and operational accounting reports
Coordinate GST data preparation, TDS deductions, compliance records, and audit support
Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and employee/vendor settlement processes
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of invoices, vouchers, and financial records
Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, payment closures, and financial tracking
Support monthly closing activities and maintain accounting accuracy
Assist management with budgeting support, expense analysis, and financial coordination
Ensure timely completion of accounting processes and compliance-related activities

Responsible for maintaining E-Commerce financial records and marketplace reconcilations.
