Profile: Admission Counsellor

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals regarding online UG and PG programs.
Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and requirements.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and fee structures.
Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Convert prospective students into successful admissions by providing accurate information and timely assistance.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and ensure a smooth admission process.
Maintain records of leads, conversations, and admission status.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales, counselling,



or customer relationship management.
Ability to handle student queries and build positive relationships.
Target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
