Role Description

This is a full time in office role for Fixed Income Sales for Institutions at A. K. Group, across locations in India (Bengaluru / Mumbai / Delhi / Kolkata). The role involves engaging with Institutions (Banks, Retirement Funds & Corporate Treasuries) to drive sales and provide financial solutions in the Fixed Income Market Segment.

Travel Required: Yes – Domestic (Intra City as well as Inter City)

Base Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai / Delhi / Kolkata

What We’re Looking For

Education: MBA/MMS/PGDM in Finance or equivalent qualification.

Skills & Attributes
Exceptional relationship management skills with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).




Self-driven with a strong go-getter attitude.
Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks independently.
Excellent analytical abilities coupled with strong written and oral communication skills.

What You’ll Do

As a Fixed Income Sales professional, your primary responsibilities include:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including banks, retirement funds, corporate treasuries, financial institutions, and charitable trusts
Sales Excellence: Drive the placement of NCDs (Bonds), Government Securities and other fixed-income products, ensuring high client satisfaction
Recent Business Development: Explore and onboard current clients in untapped segments / regions
Market Expertise: Stay updated on developments in the debt market and share insights with clients
Strategic Solutions: Pitch and execute innovative financial products, structures, and concepts to meet client needs
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports and analysis related to the Fixed Income Market
