As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance application performance.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
Experience with monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level financial applications.
Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with incident management and service request processes.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA).
This position is based at our Jaipur office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
