Job Overview
We are looking for two female candidates for the position of Jewellery Sales Executive at a jewellery showroom in Ahmedabad. One experienced candidate and one fresher are required. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills a customer-friendly attitude and an interest in jewellery sales.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences needs and budget.
Explain jewellery designs product features pricing and available collections.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain attractive jewellery displays and ensure the showroom remains clean and organized.
Support daily sales activities and work towards achieving sales targets.
Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Assist with billing and other routine showroom operations as required.
Handle jewellery carefully and follow showroom procedures.
Candidate Requirements
For the Experienced Candidate:
Previous experience in jewellery sales or retail sales is preferred.
Knowledge of jewellery designs collections and sales techniques will be an advantage.
Positive customer-handling communication and convincing skills.
For the Fresher Candidate:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Should be interested in jewellery sales and customer service.
