The role will bridge business strategy, operating model transformation, and digital enablement, ensuring scalable, secure, automation-led and integration-ready solutions across enterprise platforms.

We are currently looking for a candidate to lead and develop the Business Transformation strategy and own all aspects of the operations, data management & Shared services portfolio including innovation, design, mobilization, defining and planning projects/programmes, execution and implementation, embedding change and benefits realization. He is responsible for deploying the Business Transformation Frameworks (BTF) within their portfolio and instilling valuable project/programme disciplines. The role holder will also be responsible for the Testing Center of Excellence (COE), and Business Architecture teams.

Experience: 20+ years overall, with 10+ years of experience in BFSI industry in Asset management

assess digital maturity, benchmark peers, identify high-ROI automation opportunities and secure senior stakeholder sign-off.
