Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented skilled to manage business communications with onboarded merchants. The candidate will coordinate with internal business teams to receive updates, understand payment-related changes, and communicate accurate and timely information to merchants. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of financial terminology and technical skills such as SQL and Python.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and consolidate business updates from internal teams and communicate them to onboarded merchants.

Draft and manage merchant communications regarding payment updates, policy changes, operational changes, and service-related announcements.

Ensure communications are accurate, transparent, timely, and aligned with business requirements.

Coordinate with Business, Product, Technology,



and Operations teams to validate information before dissemination.

Use CRM and communication platforms such as CleverTap to manage merchant notifications and campaigns.

Use SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, validation, reporting, and basic automation.

Track communication performance, maintain records, and ensure timely execution of updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of relevant experience in merchant communications, fintech operations, CRM, or payments operations.

Understanding of financial terminology, digital payments, payment gateways, settlements, refunds, and transaction processes.

Working knowledge of SQL and Python.

Familiarity with CRM tools, CleverTap, campaign management, or marketing automation platforms.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Solid analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
