Role Overview

Dudhi Industries Pvt Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager-Sales with solid hands-on experience in private project sales of building materials, construction products, infrastructure products, preferably FRP, GFRP, SMC, or composite-based products.

This is a core execution-driven role involving private developers, EPC contractors, industrial customers, consultants, architects, PMCs, utilities, and infrastructure companies across India. The role requires a deep understanding of project sales, specification selling, technical approvals, business development, and project execution.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Strict – Non-Negotiable)

Candidates must meet ALL conditions below:

Experience
5–8 years of experience in private project sales of:





o Building materials OR o Construction products OR o Infrastructure / utility products
Experience must be directly related to project sales, specification selling, consultant engagement, and private business development.

Mandatory Vehicle, Laptop & Mobile Requirement
Candidate must own a personal four-wheeler.
Valid driving license is mandatory.
Fuel + Travel Reimbursement (actual / per km basis).

Education
Continuous regular education only.

Compensation Structure

• Total CTC: ₹ 5 to 7 Lakh per annum

Sales Incentive

• 2% incentive on monthly sales generated, as per company incentive policy.
