AR Voice Process Executive

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated AR Voice Process Executive to join our Communications this pivotal role the incumbent will manage accounts receivable inquiries via voice channels ensuring timely resolution of financial discrepancies. The position demands a qualified who can effectively bridge the gap between financial data and customer service maintaining high standards of accuracy and client satisfaction while adhering to strict communication protocols.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to accounts receivable addressing customer queries regarding billing and payments.
Utilize basic computer systems to update account statuses log interactions and manage data entry tasks efficiently.
Analyze outstanding balances and apply problem-solving techniques to negotiate payment plans or resolve disputes.
Follow up persistently with clients to ensure timely settlements and maintain healthy cash flow.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English ensuring all verbal interactions are constructive and informative.




Manage customer interactions with empathy and patience resolving issues related to account access or billing errors.

Requirements

Requirements:
Possess a minimum of six months of relevant experience in a customer-facing or financial support role.
Demonstrate solid proficiency in English communication both verbal and written.
Exhibit solid problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to following up on open items.
Maintain a foundational understanding of computer operations and software navigation.
Show aptitude for customer handling and effective telephone etiquette.
Background knowledge in AR or medical billing processes is highly advantageous.

Required Skills:

Primary Skills Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. Positive English communication skills. Customer handling and calling skills. Secondary Skills AR / Medical Billing knowledge preferred. Basic computer knowledge. Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
