About the Role
We are looking for a cheerful hardworking and well-groomed Waitress to join our service team. You will take orders serve food and make sure every guest has a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests show them to their tables and present the menu.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and pass them to the kitchen and billing team.
Serve food and drinks promptly following proper service etiquette.
Explain dishes ingredients and daily specials to guests and suggest popular items.
Check on guests during the meal and attend to their requests quickly.
Handle guest complaints politely and inform the captain or manager when needed.
Transparent clean and reset tables quickly to keep service smooth in peak hours.
Keep the dining area service stations and tableware clean and well organised.
Coordinate with the kitchen captain host and cashier for smooth service.
Follow restaurant SOPs hygiene grooming and food safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Fresher or 1 year of experience as a waitress/steward in a restaurant cafe or hotel (freshers with valuable attitude are welcome).
Fluent in Malayalam (speaking and understanding).
Pleasant polite and neat personality with a willingness to learn.
Good teamwork and the ability to stay active and calm during busy hours.
Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
