Role Description This is a full-time, in office Optometrist role based in Kalyan. The Optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction, binocular vision assessment, and contact lens evaluation, and will assist in pre- and post-operative care for laser and other ophthalmic procedures as required. Daily responsibilities include documenting clinical findings accurately, counseling patients on eye health and vision correction options, and coordinating care with ophthalmologists and other clinical staff. The role also involves maintaining equipment hygiene,



complying with clinical protocols and safety standards, and contributing to patient education to support better long-term eye health outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a recognized degree or diploma in Optometry from an accredited institution.
Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in refraction, contact lens fitting, and basic ocular health assessment.
Candidates should possess effective communication and patient counseling skills, with an emphasis on explicit, respectful interaction.
Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and follow established clinical protocols.
