Role Overview:

Lead the digital and product strategy for the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) business, driving product innovation, technology enablement, and P&L; growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the digital product roadmap for SCF, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Own and manage the SCF product P&L;, driving profitability and scalable growth.
Lead the development and launch of tech platforms (e.g., LOS/LMS) for the SCF ecosystem.
Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, risk, tech) to enhance customer experience and product adoption.
Present business insights, product strategy, and performance to senior management.

Key Requirements:
15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance product or sales.
Robust understanding of financials, especially P&L; management.
Proven experience in digital product implementation (LOS/LMS preferred).
Robust leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
