We are seeking an Associate Lead Catalog & eCommerce to join our team. The role will drive accurate consistent and highquality catalog operations while leading pricing integrity and taxonomy design. This position reports to the Senior Manager/Head of Product Data Catalog & eCommerce Operations.

Key responsibilities
Oversee endtoend pricing processes conduct regular reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Establish and enforce catalog data quality control protocols and standards.
Design and maintain enterpriselevel taxonomy structures for consistent product categorization.
Manage product onboarding ensuring completeness and compliance with data standards.
Utilize Magento for catalog uploads updates troubleshooting and platform enhancements.
Lead mentor and coach a team of catalog associates/analysts to meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with merchandising sourcing IT and eCommerce teams.

Required qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field.




79 years of experience in catalog management eCommerce operations or product data management.
Handson experience with Magento (catalog module product uploads attribute management).
Proven expertise in pricing strategy audits and reconciliation processes.
Solid skills in taxonomy design data governance and quality control.
Demonstrated teamlead or associatelead experience with solid stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to have
MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience creating SEOfriendly product content.
Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
