Role Description: The Sales Intern will work full time on-site in South East Delhi, supporting prospective students and families in understanding University Yatra’s services and making informed choices. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with leads via calls, messages, and meetings, explaining programs and destinations, and answering queries about admissions processes. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up with interested students, and coordinating with counsellors to schedule consultations.



The Sales Intern will also assist in organising information sessions, supporting outreach activities, and contributing to team targets under the guidance of senior sales staff.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle student queries with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Candidates should possess Sales skills focused on lead conversion, follow-up, and basic negotiation in an ethical, student-first manner.
Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management awareness to support onboarding activities and work effectively with sales processes and targets.
Relevant qualifications such as ongoing or completed studies in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields are beneficial.
Comfort with basic CRM or spreadsheet tools, robust organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site workplace are preferred.
