Role Description As a Proprietor at Freeze My Property, you will oversee the overall business operations, including property acquisition, portfolio management, and client relationship development in Mumbai. This full time, in office role involves evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating with property owners and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of property transactions. You will manage financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow, while monitoring regulatory compliance, documentation, and risk management. The role also includes leading and mentoring staff, coordinating with legal, accounting, and real estate professionals,



and driving marketing and business development initiatives to expand the client base. You will be responsible for setting strategic goals, tracking performance, and maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.

Qualifications
Experience in real estate, property investment, or property management, with a strong understanding of local Mumbai market dynamics.
Proficiency in business operations, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management abilities for dealing with clients, vendors, and partners.
Knowledge of relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements related to real estate and investments.
