About the RoleLittle Extra is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern who can onboard influencers and get engaging, high-quality content for our skincare and haircare brand, primarily through barter collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with relevant Instagram influencers and content creators.
Negotiate and close barter collaborations, with limited paid partnerships.
Get creative Reels, product reviews, demonstrations, and UGC videos created for the brand.
Manage the complete collaboration process, including outreach, follow-ups, product dispatch, and content delivery.
Track influencer partnerships, pending deliverables, and content received.
Stay updated on Instagram trends and suggest fresh, engaging content ideas.

Who Should Apply?




Robust communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Creative mindset with an understanding of Instagram Reels and trends.
Ability to convert outreach into confirmed collaborations and actual content delivery.
Proactive, organised, and target-oriented approach.
