Total experience: 7+ years as Business Analyst & Robust Communication Skills
Lead business analysis for commercial banking and treasury products, translating product strategy into explicit requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration specifications across systems and vendors.
Drive end-to-end process and data flow mapping, documenting client journeys, data lineage, controls, dependencies, and operational workflows to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.
Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to support governance, audit readiness, UAT, pilot programs, and successful product launches.
Serve as a cross-functional liaison, leveraging expertise in financial services, requirements management, process optimization, Agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver client-ready, data-driven solutions.
