Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Scientist who will work on digital and e-commerce data, using analytical and modeling techniques to draw meaningful insights that drive online business growth. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with business understanding and a storytelling mindset to translate data into actionable strategies.
Must-Have Skills & Tools
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Solid understanding of data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
Knowledge of streamlit and frontend applications.
Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
Ability to design and evaluate predictive models
Good communication and data storytelling skills
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
Basic understanding of data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Valuable to Have
Exposure to marketing analytics or digital campaign optimization
Familiarity with web and e-commerce platforms data (Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.)
Experience with A/B testing and customer segmentation
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and transaction data to identify trends and prospects
Build and deploy analytical models to optimize marketing and sales strategies
Translate analytical findings into actionable insights for business teams
Develop dashboards and visual reports to track business KPIs
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to define data-driven strategies
