Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Operations Executive to manage customer orders, coordinate with internal departments, track deliveries, maintain documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify customer purchase orders (POs), including pricing, quantity, quotations, and payment terms.
Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in ERP systems.
Coordinate with customers regarding order confirmations, order status, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Monitor dispatch schedules and track shipments and deliveries.
Prepare and coordinate invoices, packing lists, delivery documents, certificates, and other customer-specific documentation.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups until resolution.
Coordinate payment status, advance payments, and invoice-related issues with the Finance team.




Maintain customer master data, CRM/ERP records, order trackers, and MIS reports.
Ensure timely order processing, accurate documentation, and on-time delivery.

Experience and Candidate Requirements
4–6 years of relevant experience in Customer Operations, Order Management, Customer Service Operations, or Sales Coordination.
Experience in end-to-end order processing, customer coordination, and dispatch follow-up.
Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and order documentation.
Robust coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates should be available for face-to-face (F2F) interviews.
