Job Responsibilities

Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of laboratory diagnostic equipment.

Provide timely technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service activities.

Handle laboratory analyzers related to Biochemistry, Hematology, and CLIA.

Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth operations.





Eligibility Criteria

Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing laboratory diagnostic equipment.

Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel within the Kottayam territory.
