Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee all aspects of outbound operations, including picking, packing, and invoicing.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Implement and maintain effective WMS/ERP systems to streamline operations.
Analyze data using Excel to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Supervise and train a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in outbound operations, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
Solid knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Experience in managing and supervising a team.
