Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the inward operations process, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure productive storage and retrieval of goods.
Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
Prepare and review GRN (Goods Received Note) and other documentation related to inward operations.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement in inward operations and implement changes as needed.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in inward operations, warehouse management, and inventory control.
Solid knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and ROS (Radio Frequency System).
Excellent team management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proficient in Excel and able to analyze data and prepare reports.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
