Reporting to - Head Operations
Title: Area Manager (Depends on experience)
Location: Bangalore
Role Purpose: Lead regional operations with a solid focus on successful new store launches, operational excellence, and profitability across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Oversee multi-unit store operations within the region.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and audit standards.
Conduct regular store reviews and performance audits through regular visits.
Drive ODCs and LSM
P&L; Ownership
Drive sales, margins, and cost control (food, labor, wastage).
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
Team Leadership
Develop Area & Store Managers.
Ensure robust talent pipeline for expansion. Drive engagement and retention.
Audit & compliance scores
Experience
6–10+ years in QSR/Retail operations
Robust multi-unit leadership experience
