Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and be willing to work in a field-based sales setting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into bookings.
Negotiate with customers within company guidelines.
Maintain customer records and follow-up updates in the CRM.
Work towards monthly sales and booking targets.

Required Skills
Strong verbal communication in English and Kannada.
Good interpersonal, negotiation,



and convincing skills.
Customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
A positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for customer meetings and site visits.

Eligibility Criteria
Any graduate.
0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior real estate sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Work Schedule
working days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
One rotational weekday off.
In office and field-based work in Bengaluru.
