About the RoleReliant Housing Group is looking for a qualified, well-organised and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Coordinator to handle customer enquiries, explain residential property offerings and ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing and telecalling teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Handling & Presentations
Welcome and attend walk-in customers at the office.
Understand customer requirements, budgets and location preferences.
Explain residential property options, locations, configurations, pricing and payment plans.
Present brochures, floor plans, walkthrough videos and other marketing materials.
Coordinate customer meetings and site visits with the sales team.

Sales & Marketing Coordination
Act as a coordination point between the sales, marketing and telecalling teams.
Coordinate marketing-generated leads and ensure timely assignment to sales executives.
Track customer enquiries, site visits and follow-up activities.
Communicate customer feedback and lead quality observations to the marketing team.
Ensure sales teams have updated marketing materials, project information and pricing details.

CRM & Reporting




Maintain accurate customer records and activities in CRM.
Monitor lead allocation, follow-up status and pending tasks.
Prepare daily reports on enquiries, qualified leads and site visits.
Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure proper lead tracking and data accuracy.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate sales coordination, customer relations or marketing coordination preferred.
Good understanding of residential real estate and the Jaipur property market.
Excellent communication, customer-handling and presentation skills.
Ability to explain property details clearly based on customer requirements and budgets.
Experience coordinating between multiple departments.
Working knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel and reporting.
Proficiency in Hindi and English.
Strong organisational skills, professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
