Role Overview:

We are hiring an Application & Network Support Monitoring to join our Operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor applications, servers, and network systems, respond to alerts, and ensure timely escalation as per defined processes. Solid communication skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor applications, servers, and network systems in real time
Track alerts, system performance, and service availability
Log incidents and perform basic L1 troubleshooting
Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams as per process
Perform routine health checks (applications, APIs, servers, network)
Maintain proper documentation and shift handover reports
Follow SOPs and ensure SLA adherence Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills




Solid attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Basic understanding of:

Applications and servers

Networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, ports, connectivity)

Monitoring concepts (alerts, uptime, latency)
Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in rotational 24x7 shifts
Calm and composed during high-priority incidents

Valuable to Have (Not Mandatory):
Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Zabbix, MS defender, etc.)
Basic understanding of ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
Knowledge of Linux or Windows basic commands
Awareness of ITIL or incident management concepts
